Orange Garden Curacao

First i entered and there was nobody there to assist. I waited there like 5 minutes before someone came to get my order. I was fine with it because maybe they were busy even though i only saw a group of 3 people. I chose the deal of the day that was burger with fries and it included a softdrink. Allright, i waited for like 15 minutes before the food arrived which was fine i guess. First thing first. The burger it self costed ANG (local curaçao money) 17.50. I'm not expecting a Gordon Ramsay's burger style but even at Burger King i would get a decent meal for that price in Curaçao. What i got instead was a sorry of an a$$ bun that wasn't even toasted. I know some people like their onions raw but some people don't and they should had asked if i wanted mine carmalized. Even tho that should be a standard. Don't even talk to me about the burger it self. It looked like a hockey ball. It was black as f... The difference between midnight and the hockey ball was 23:59. It was burned to crisp. The fries they were even less than what you get when you buy a happy meal at McDonald's. The fries were undercooked as well. No seasoning at all. And about the soft drink the lady just picked up whatever soft drink she wanted and thought was best for me. She picked a Ritz Cola was it called i guess maybe that's the only soft drink they include and maybe should specific more because some people don't drink cola but sprite. If you come here, never pick the burger with fries. Just go to a regular fast food burger chain. Don't make the same mistake i did. That's why i have some trust issues with some local business.

Roadside dinner/eatery with lovely staff, easily accessible location and interesting native menu selections. Great option if you're tired of the overpriced tourist targeted restaurants. If you're looking for fine dining to romance your date, this is not it, if you want tasty local lunch at great value after a day of shopping, trekking around town or hiking/diving, this is your stop.
